It seems as though performance will be disclosed once you register on her site as an accredited investor.

I'm not saying she is legit or not, but it is my understanding she is managing money and I recently saw some blurb somewhere saying she had the 8th best performance of all CTA's over the 20 year period. I'll see if I can find the link.

If that is true, I stand corrected and my apologies to LBR. Is this the same strategy she sells as signals to subscribers ?

1-Get a job as a sales trader at a BD..no salary 1099 independant contractor

2-Make a list of funds that trade in your models style...off bloomy..etc

3-Start making calls offering verbal relay of your models signals

4-Follow up on the call win, lose or draw

5-And when you have given them enough for free start pounding them for trades

6 - You can either have them open DVP accounts at your firm and slap .05 p/s on some blocks to pay you. Or have them pay your LLC for "consultation"

I have no idea. I imagine there would be a conflict of interest if one were to sell signals from a fund you are actually managing.

That is precisely correct! Front running your funds by selling signals is a criminal activity.
