Seems like the market is so due for a bounce. Almost 70% of NYSE stocks below the 50 day EMA. So I’m thinking we could rally any day.

But, beyond the very short term, lower we go.
AMZN, MSFT, GOOG, all under the 50 and 200 EMA on both daily and weekly charts, with down sloping 50 EMA. Can’t be good for the market intermediate term.
And what’s doing well? Commodity ETFs at new highs.
Methinks we are in for a damn mess ahead.

What matters is the trend of the stock, etc, mutual funds, etc. that you are trading. It moves independently, of the Stockmarket. The indexes could all be up and your stocks are all down and vice versa. As long as my stock and options trade are aligned with the major trend continuing strongly, in that direction, I am happy to just sit on that trade and do nothing.
