I use Fidelity Active Trader Pro Platform and I feel Like I am living in the Stone Age!

I liked the way they mailed out green monthly statements/ USPO. And I never call that snail mail,LOL……….…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… I tend to read their ads on IBD/newspaper

I have even worse. My active trader pro stalled at 9.30 am and 4pm last 7 days. I they have no clue why.
Did somebody got the same?
 
Yep happens to me all the time. I have found that it will always happen to me when I am first entering a trade. It seems like the very first trade I just have to plan on ATP freezing up and then I just have to reboot my computer to get back in.
Very weird and very frustrating.

What did you do?
 
I lost a great opportunity.
I called them up.
They have no clue how to fix it.
I got it for about 7 last days.
Should I change the platform?
I am very active trader and they are giving all trades free?
What is better option?

I was happy with fidelity active trader pro
Not anymore it stalled at beginning and at the end of day. Low capacity i would speculate.
People staying home and they did not get any additional resources of course.
I lost a lot of opportunities.
I am very unhappy ready to switch
What is best choice from day trader point of view?
Fidelity does not care....

They haven’t upgraded ATP since I first started using it, 20+ years ago. These days I use IB for day trading.

I wanted a better, and an easier platform for entering trades, easily changing from 5-min to 60-minutes chart, or daily/weekly, with my Fidelity accounts.

So enter Medved Trader... (www.medvedtrader.com), chart trading, DOM etc., but bring you own feed. (Presently I use a paid for feed, Medved Trader also have a free feed, could at least be used for testing).

Awesome combo!
