bbmat, it 's not your problem if others lose money... Increasing margins by 5 to 10, why don't we just get rid of the futures market ? that's what you suggest pal! I 'll tell you one thing a few of the sacred trading rules you talk about are just complete bullshit, the target thing you mentioned for one.

If you would be kind enough to PM me and let me know if there is a way to get live Yahoo IM signals to automatically post on ET I'd be happy to share my effort here.

I do not have the time while trading to jump and get my signals posted here in a timely enough fashion for anyone to act on them.

I am certain that posting them at the end of the day would only lead to more skepticism form all the "talented" traders here!.

Basically I use a a combination of a pattern following system with indicator confirmation.

I use only a 5 min SP chart, 2 indicators, and a third as a tie breaker in those narrow ranges.

Most exits are 3 points, but vary from breakeven to 5 points. I use a reverse stop of 3 pts, but adjust it to anywhere from small profit to -3; typical stop loss is 1.75.

I have over 60% winners.

So far this morning:
Long 63.25, exit 66.25 = +3.00
short 65.50, exit 65.00 = +0.50
long 65.50, reverse stop currently 53.00

Hope this is useful.

long 7.75, reverse stop (adjusated) 6.75 - reverse stopped out - 6.75 = -1.00

exited short at 3.75 = +3.00

net so far on day +8.00
