...the Obamas are so well received by almost the entire world, with the notable exception of a vociferous group in their own country known as the Far Right. You can't make this stuff up.

You don't become and stay number one by following or joining the crowd. The only thing you get from joining the crowd is average.
It's not just the far right that have a strong dislike for Obamas actions.
Your first paragraph makes no sense to me and has nothing to do with my observation. Further, I don't think that the Far Right can claim "above average" performance in any arena, so let's not go there, shall we?Quote from Burtakus:

Hopefully, it will get a bit better than that. Bush alienated much of the world by casually throwing his weight around. What other response would you have expected? Obama seems less inclined to do so. It looks like he will genuinely endeavor to build multilateral cooperation. At least he's starting on the right foot. We'll just have to see how it plays out.Quote from CaptainObvious:

Groovy. Now your second post has little or nothing to do with your first post which, in turn, had little or nothing to do with my first post. You're quite the enigma, aren't you?Quote from Burtakus:
Why am I not surprised and yes, my statement has everything to do with your observation.
The far right can claim above average just as much as the far left. Neither should be influencing national policy.
