I think I've finally figured it out.

Apparently " I predict the Rally of All Mothers is coming" is enigmatic code, understood only the the originator, that at SOME point there will be a rally of SOME magnitude followed by a sell off at SOME point of SOME magnitude.

No time frames or price targets of any kind whatsoever. Making the whole "prediction" completely and utterly useless. But it does allow, or so he thinks, the thread starter to claim "credit" for a "prediction" that benefits no one.

You know even with the multitude of trolls, liars, nut cases, flaming moon bats, U.S. haters, arrogant pricks, dumb asses and conspiracy theorists we have here on ET. I don't have a single one of them on ignore.

That is until now.
