Even so, notice how everyone who claims to have been reincarnated invariably held some position of authority, moral or otherwise, in their past life. No one seems to have been just an ordinary, nondescript person who passed through history without making a meaningful mark of some kind or other. Oddly enough, the people who typically make such lofty claims of illustrious past lives are the ones who are presently living nondescript lives and not making a meaningful mark of some kind or other. Ironic, isn't it? If they were so important and righteous, I wonder why they were knocked down a peg or two in their current existence. Oh, will the wonders never cease?
