I need to find someone from a 3rd world country to work for $2 / hr

I have a big computer project, that's pretty easy to do and am looking for someone to do it on the cheap.

Does anyone know how I would find anyone in a 3rd world country to do this. I tried craigslist in India, but I've gotten no responses
