Is there a way to quantify how many shares you can exit when using "load and go" mode?
here is a sample scenerio.
I am long $WFC, 1000 shares
Bid Offer
41.58 41.59
.I would like to exit 500 shares IMMEDIATELY to lock up profits using midpoint arca & bats ecns @ 41.585, while posting the remaining 500 at the whole penny offer price at 41.59 for the remaining 500.
.because I need to be quick I have preset all my midpoint orders such as ARCAMPL, BATSALIQ under "load and go" modes. All other ECN routes such as NSDQBX are set as "default"
issue: under the "load and go" mode, when the hotkey is pressed, it automatically loads up the full 1000 share position without regard of the quantity of my pending offer orders waiting to be filled at the full penny ie 41.59/500 shares on NSDQBX.
Thus sometimes, I am in reverse trades.
Is there a way to solve this issue?
I have attached my Sterling settings for
1.non mid point default routing (NSDQBX)
2. load and go mid routing (ARCAMPL)
