i could not agree with you anymore. also to IB, you might want to get someone in the Australian office that can actually speak english. and if the person on the online assistance doesnt know what the hell to do, maybe they could tell me that, instead of leaving me waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting with no reply. :mad:
