I need broker suggestions

I would appreciate it if someone would give me a suggestion for a good broker from their OWN experience with them.

What I really need in a good broker is someone who...

...Has tight spreads on 0.5 to 1.0 size positions.

...Works well with an EA.

...Uses Metatrader 4.

...DOESN'T CHARGE a COMISSION and is ideal for SCALPING.

All suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

What sort of money do you have, and what sort of volume?

I would be trading normal lots (100,000) with an initial balance on the order of 5-10k.
