Perphaps was, and if customers have money transfered out of an account to unauthorized accounts, and it was the error of Etrade, I sure hope Etrade has made good on that.

But for now, Etrade is the only broker I know of using RSA digital security IDs.

From what I read, they did not make good on it at least very slow in the process. All the security means shit if it is an inside job.
