I meet Trump :)

Quote from traderNik:

I do, Joab. I trust you. There is no doubt in my mind that you have detailed information about Ann's personal finances.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out how much a celebrity makes, just call their agent and ask what they charge.

Quote from nutmeg:

"It ain't easy makin it big and I have no problem with people who do it at the expense of suckers."

Not necessarily so. Choosing the right location is not at the expense of "suckers". Benefiting from tax deductions is not at the expense of "suckers".

Trump advocates buying the "don't wants".

example, couple are getting a divorce, neither of them can afford the house OR want the house, They "don't want" it, guess what the price of that don't want it is? Less than IV.

There's three scenarios that don't involve ethics or a piker business brain. What separates Joe investor from trump, zero's on the balance sheet or the panache to make it happen (who you know)and your character, to git er done.

I agree with you on this. That's not what I meant by suckers. I'm trying to say that there are those here who believe worthless material is being sold. If that is indeed the case and it definitely happens, then I do not feel sorry for the suckers who pay for it.

There are countless examples in television advertisements of essentially bad value products and people are making money by selling them. For example, the coins where the car or the twin towers flip up. Lame product, yet you know the advertising budget is in place because there are suckers who buy.

Hope that clarifies my point.

"Hope that clarifies my point."

yes it does. thanks.

Probably alot of people don't know where to start, so I'm sure they just buy Kyiosaki(sp?) or Trump because they are out front with the advertising.
