I think the top two reasons traders go prop is to learn and to hang...
ET may be the retail traders prop shop without the capital?
Where else could loser traders congregate in their boxer shorts from their living rooms? (the winners, have their marketsurfer shirts on)

Of course........ that's why there is ET, and there are no others out here in VA that trade, that I know personally anyways.
Also, ET is a good place to hang out when your trading platform is broken and you just want to blow up the world.
