Very well written. Interestingly other than angry op-eds, articles and live interview I have not come across any such quality content written by someone who may stand on the other side of the aisle.

John Ziegler has had some pretty good analysis In two seperate articles, hes someone i would view as bipartisan, he stuck up for Al Franken.

Premise of the first article is that its impossible to change peoples mind regardless of how bad Fords testimony is.

Getting to be time for Mitch McConnell to go down to Home Depot and buy a big can of CLOWN SHOW B GONE and put an end to this.

I dont think Kavanaugh has abused ANY women but I am pretty sure that the abuse of him needs to stop.

I hope that when/if he is confirmed he will immediately arrive at the white house to be sworn in by the Reverend Pence and then go home and get some rest. There can be a more public ceremonial swearing in some time later.

If he is not confirmed then that is where we are at. The white house then needs to take a deep breath, get some sleep, and then the next day set about full force to bring down and destroy any red state democrats up for re-election. It should be a total full-savage, slash and burn, take no prisoners effort. Ideally a couple red state dems will vote against kavanaugh but with the help of Pence breaking a tie or whatever kavanugh will still be confirmed, and then you can still take down the red state dems who voted against him. Yeh, that would be what love looks like.

And yes, we all know that senators will start reading the private fbi report -later today I guess is when they begin- and that some of the dems will report that it says that kavanaugh fucked a snake at a party one time while mark judge held its ear- when in fact the report said no such thing. Fine. So be it. Let's go. Call the vote.

Ridiculous article by some leftwing legal journalist. He finds Ford "credible" and never even addresses her documented lies. At the same time he interprets every ambiguity against Kavanaugh. He also poses an insurmountable challenge that Kavanaugh somehow needed to refute vague charges from 35 years ago.

The biggest joke is his "sad" conclusion that Kavanaugh displayed too much partisanship. So if one side of the aisle mounts an obviously well-planned attack on your life and character out of blatantly political motives, you are supposed to pretend it is not political. IOW play their game and accept that this is a serious charge made in good faith by people with no agenda or motive to lie.

Her ex-boyfriend just issued a sworn statement citing the numerous lies Christine Ford has told the Senate hearings including, teaching someone how to beat a polygraph test? If the FBI, DOJ was doing its job, they would have charged Christine Ford already of perjury no less! Remember, she testified under penalty of perjury?

Quite frankly, the best thing that could happen to conservatives, would be the Blocking of Kavanaugh over bullshit. Democrats will get crushed if Kavanaugh gets blocked on bullshit. Mark my words, if Kavanaugh gets blocked, Republicans will drastically overperform in the mid term..... and if republicans push Kavanaugh through, they will most likely get smoked in the midterms....... so either way Kavanaugh or someone who is even more conservative will get pushed through.

This is the fight right now, the loser will end up being the most mobilised in the midterms.
