Good day, guys! I am a University of Toronto MBA student. I intend to open an online clothing shop in Ontario. I'm looking for some ideas for this new venture. I want to register my company in Ontario's business registration system. Is it acceptable to register it there? What are the advantages and disadvantages? How long will the entire procedure take? Are there any legal requirements? I was reading a blog on the Ontario business registry the other day. It was informative. Please let me know your opinion also. Thank you.

Well I can't really help you there. But I do have a lot of short-puts on Gildan which I am ok with getting assigned.
