 He is dooooomed! A crime has been committed by risking injury to children by exposing the students to images of pornography. It is a multi-decade felony. Why was Barrett not immediately arrested and charged with a felony? Wait just a minute. Barrett is not just a lawmaker, he's a Democrat. He's got nothing to worry about.
I think he ought to go through what Julie Amero and Thousands of others are going through. Even computer illiterate grade school children are being charged with felonies like Amero. People like Barrett make the laws that only apply to the peasants.
The Amero example:
Amero was convicted in Norwich Superior Court on four counts of risk of injury to a minor, or impairing the morals of a child. maximum prison sentence of 40 years. On March 6, 2007, a $2,400 advertisement appeared in the Hartford Courant signed by 28 computer science professors who said that they think that Amero could not have controlled the pornographic pop-ups.[6]

Horner later wrote, "This was one of the most frustrating experiences of my career, knowing full well that the person is innocent and not being allowed to provide logical proof.

Yeah, well someone's got to pay for this crime. Too much effort to stop the porn spammers. BTW, are all spammers protected by Congress or what? Is there a spammer lobby? Must be the freedom of speech thing applies only to spammers.
Let's make tons of laws that screw the crap out of as many people as possible. Protect those that are making those laws. Protect those (spammers) that are causing the people to break those laws. Let's make it impossible for the people to eventually not break those laws.
"Thereââ¬â¢s no way to rule innocent men. The only power government has is the power to crack down on criminals. When there arenââ¬â¢t enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws." - Ayn Rand
