This guy holds loosers just so he can build a string that gives him his kicks. There is no capital involved in these efforts that he makes to speak of.

It is a real commentary on his following rules as well.

The curent ROI he is running is a little over 8% a year if he follows rules.

Nobody here is really learning anything in this thread; it is just fluff and there isn't going to be any improvement in his efforts either. He is stuck where he is.

He has a job to hold down, three kids who will have to shoot for scholarships and a 10 year old car and two weeks vacation at the beach. If he were responsible he would get in a groove and start making some money for the time bomb he is living.

Thart no way he can make up all those lost opportunity costs now. But why does he keep incurring them?
