911 Training Fees lol... No no. None of that. Our commission ranges from .003 - .004 per share just depending on how much you trade and what platform you use. We do pass through ECN/Fees/Rebates in some cases, however if you want that commission without the pass through, we can make it work. We will always work with you on commissions and try to get you the pricing you need. I attached a screen shot of the pricing so you can see were to click. If you want to know more or have any special requests regarding commissions, just give us a call and well be happy to come up with a solution for you. Happy Trading and have a great new year!

The fact is that Cobra Trading has been around a while and they are a member of FINRA, NFA and SIPC. This is a legitimate shop and registered with all of the usual governmental authorities. For you to say they are not legitimate and wont be around opens you up to litigation.

I also have never said I had a margin call and the fact is that never in my life have I ever had a call. If you caused damage to myself by such statements, believe me, I have a short temper and would have you served with a summons and complaint. I dont let people simply go when they decide to talk shit. I hope you do not work for anyone as you would be a nightmare for their legal counsel and human resource deparments.

Now with those statements you have to be careful. You do not want to misrepresent yourself. Calling someone an idiot is one thing, but misrepresenting yourself as a licensed attorney is another thing. I would not say that I was an officer of the court as there are legal consequences behind such statements. The fact is that I am not and so I would never make such a false statement.
