Each day,cac future opens at 08:00:00 (french time)
Friday 14th november,we close at 3424 at 22:00:00
Monday 17th november,we open at 3422.5 at 08:00:00 (high of the day !!)
The problem is that I have tried to sell seven futures with my two brokers but no success
07:57:54 / I sell 7 futures at 3410
My phone broker doesn't success to sell my futures

07:58:15 / I sell 7 futures at 3414
same result
07:58:47 / I sell 7 futures at 3420
Ever impossible
With IB,I try to sell five futures at 3414 at 07:59:21
Canceled without I type on my keyboard at 07:59:22
Cac future opens 30 seconds later at 3422.5 !!!
Five seconds later,cac future is at 3419 !!
At 08:01:00,cac future is at 3406.5 !! Without me,of course !
Liffe/Euronext is the exchange,it's him who hasn't transmitted my sell orders,it's not my brokers'fault.
I have called Euronext,no resultat.
Can I see a lawyer ?
Does exchange obligations ?
