You are implying I am trying to go all in or something, which I am not. I would like to dip into intraday in some instances, which is fine and expected and is the main reason people use AMP.

Please trade the AMP account as if you are using initial margins from the CME. not AMP's discounted day margins.
Remember, AMP's segregated account is only 7 figures. You put another 7 figures in? Well!
Trade cautiously is all I am getting at.
