So.....a crime only exist after the criminal has committed the crime. The police will use facts and evidence on the site of the crime so to catch the criminal......so you are saying this is all guesswork and does not make sense.....so the entire police investigation based on crime/law doesn't make sense to you?

So, you may know the answer, how many criminal investigations lead to the conviction of the criminal? Are there stats on this? I don't know.


While you know what the criminal or price did, all the evidence left at the scene does not tell you what the criminal or price will do next.

From google search, he seems to use blow-off in the general way to refer to a climax.

I have read through a fair amount of the books, and watched a lot of the course, but BOB is not familiar. There is a list of terms at the beginning of the book and this is not within them.
