This is not addressed to Tommaso Fibonacci sim-trader.

I have been at a fund all week running a vol-seminar for a L/S fund that is looking to start a vol-pod. Yesterday, one of the guys went to his desk to short some gamma into the SET-figure. He shorted an IC for this morning cash-settled opex.

He lost 3X the credit received by 4PM yesterday and 8X on the SET of 4333. He was short the 40/50 ps as the bull leg. It obv went off at 10.

He shorted futures AH last night, but if you short more than your delta-fig then the hedge becomes the risk.

Stupid sht can be difficult to unlearn.

It's good to have "free speech".

Free speech is however never absolute, in the sense that you cannot literally say whatever you want because there are obvious boundaries due to common sense and the rights of other people.

The purpose of the law is obviously to regulate that and safeguard anyone's right to take part in a correct and transparent process of information sharing and discussion. It is also to avoid scammers, fraudsters, slanderers, federal document forgeries, and any other illegal activity.

We have seen even here on ET some examples of people forging Federal documents or correspondence for defamatory purposes, which is obviously pretty serious.

It appears a bit odd, however, to me, that is why they advertise on X and YouTube, etc., and have a website, When I contact them for information, they do not respond.

I'd like to get in contact with the legal office or any representative, for important and urgent matters to safeguard their image.

The problem is that a suspect slanderer and federal document forger has indicated to me the CEO of this company as his own identity.

I believe that is of the utmost importance that this person takes immediate legal steps to safeguard his reputation and legal rights. I am at my disposal to serve as a witness to safeguard his image.

I cannot believe there could be someone not interested in aggressively defending his own image against someone impersonating him and committing slanderers and possible federal felonies.

Please, if anyone has information or knows him, bring this important information to his attention. I have already contacted their legal office but obtained no reply.
