Got off the phone with Ensign support and I had to delete my INI file and reinstall the app. That solved it.

In task bar(bottom of the screen thingy) right click on the window you can't see. Now select move window. You can't use the mouse at this point so use the arrow keys to find the window. After the first click your mouse will catch on so you can use the mouse to move the window and just move it to your main screen. After you are done with all the windows just save the new layout. Or in case of firefox/explorer just exit the application it will remeber the window location.
