stockcharts.com has a pretty good screener for end of day, not sure about the effectiveness in real time. you have to use the advanced screener with the scripting/coding if you want it to be worth your time, its pretty simple to learn. its about 20 bucks a month.... i havenât tried many of the other screeners talked about in this thread myself, so i cant say its better/worse, but its worth a look. it has all the popular indicators, and you can use specific values like you said, or something close to it.
