I have 200 short of zagg.cvr. what is it?

since it is a short position, I feel uncomfortable. how can I close it? there is no quote for it, and when I tried to close it, IB says it is not tradable on the "value" exchange.

Why did you Short it and what price are you Short ?

It looks like best case you'll be paying $4.20 per share, worst case $4.50 ($4.20 per share + $0.30 for a Contingent Value Right [CVR]). It's no longer traded as of Feb 18/21.

Do a quick Google search and you will find the details.

I’d call your broker first and flatten the position. Then second, I’d start tracking your trades.
