I guess it's Al Franken's turn in the barrel

This is CNN now:

I do actually remember Tapper covering it hardcore, but no one else, ive always respected Tapper, i didnt see the update on CNN till now they must have gotten shamed into doing it because they were being mocked by right wing sites all day, at the time the story broke i looked on CNN and there was nothing on the homepage, i constantly have CNN on in the background and other than the tapper story didnt hear a word anything other than a mention which instantly got changed into a Roy Moore story. They must have gotten shamed into covering it.

You are right im wrong, but still clearly they are pumping Roy Moore stories out at ten times the rate of Franken.

Its comical watching the difference in coverage between Moore, and Franken, i think ive seen two small pieces on Franken on CNN throughout the entire day, meanwhile the Moore accusations were wall too wall coverage all day for days on end. If there was any photo of a republican senator groping a passed out marines breasts, it would be nonstop wall too wall coverage for weeks, but for some reason CNN thinks this story is not relevant. Its a good thing we have the arbiters of truth just putting out the facts, lol.
That's not a marine it's a playboy centerfold, she was also on fox sports, Hannity put her up to it. I'm sure most of the senate spanked to her when she was in playboy.

The lib networks wait for signals from the Mothership to tell them whether it is okay to report on an issue or not. So you can watch them when they have not gotten the signal and everything is silent. But when they get the signal from the Mothership it can change instantly.

CNN's reporting on Franken changed instantly after the many of the lib leaders gave the signal that the Clinton era was over and that it is was okay to condemn liberals for harassment. Then they began to scramble bigtime to come into conformity with the signals from the Mothership.

Take the Senator Menendez issue for example. They report that he was acquitted in the money/corruption matters but do they report that the FBI investigation revealed that he was being rewarded for his efforts by being given underaged prostitutes? NO. The reason? No signal from the Mothership yet. When they get it, it will be a story. It's how "reporting" works with them. Please don't bother to post one or two articles to prove that they mentioned it. I mean they go 24/7 on a story when they get the signal. Otherwise, it is buried in the flyer for Home Depot in the Sunday New York Times.

There is all this talk about expelling Moore now if he is elected. Give it another week, and all the talk will be about expelling Menendez. The lib press has not gotten the signal and the conversative press moves forward but they are slow and not very effective.

More to come on this. Much more. Frigging sitting US Senator porking underage prostitutes.

Everyone had to know that the Menendez trial would end in a hung jury. Seating one Obama phone type on the jury was easy enough for the defense to find. Expecting to get this guy a some money corruption charges is laughable. The entire senate is guilty of the same shit. Now the underage hookers might be a different story considering the climate we're in, but at the end of the day his defense will ultimately be, yeah they were hookers, but they were all 18 or older. Hey, everyone needs a hobby.

Yeh, the politics of the thing has changed dramatically too. Christie is governor until the end of the year or close to that date, then they have a dem governor coming in.

If they had elected a republican governor, the republicans in the Senate would probably try to
move to expel Menendez because the new governor would appoint a republican senator to take Menendez's place. But with a dem governor now - you would just get another dem senator to replace the piece of Shiite dem senator you have now. If he had been found guilty, they could have bounced him the next day and Christie could have appointed. Water over the dam now.

No doubt they will refer him to the Ethics Committee which is where problems go to die and be forgotten.

Although I dunno. Moving him out might still force a special election where the pubs might want to take a shot at it. Don't know. I don't think they know yet either, which does not help.

Hm, aren't people being convicted on witness accounts without 100 proof?

Too many different people spoke about Moore. It would be borderline of impossible to make them all lie and coordinate. Their story can only hold together if they tell the truth.

Once again, no idea if what Franken did is illegal. Like I said, would be interesting to hear from attorney.

Btw, I am not defending Franken one bit.

Yes, it is absolutely illegal.

This will help you think of it differently: Had he actually raped her while she was asleep, and she didn't know about it until she saw a videotape/picture afterward, it is still a rape. We are not talking about Whoopi and her "rape rape" bullshit.

Here's another way of looking at it: What if it was Hillary Clinton or the Queen of England?

While totally disgusting, posing to grab someone and grabbing them are entirely different things. Your argument make no sense.

Forcibly kissing is totally different matter, but I do not have legal background and have no idea if it is misdemeanor, felony or actually carries no penalties.

BOO HOO Hoo..I hear Nugent is on double secret probation

Kiss frontman Gene Simmons has been banned for life from Fox News, a spokesperson for Fox News told TheWrap.

The aging rocker — once a regular guest on the network and Fox Business — was booted as a result of bad off-set behavior on Wednesday in which he spoke crudely to female network staffers and hit two of them on the head with a copy of the new book he’s promoting, the spokesperson said.

As of Wednesday, Fox News security at the company’s midtown Manhattan headquarters building had labeled him with a “do-not-admit” notice.
