I Guess $10 will Eventually Be A High Price Stock ?

I remember when many were saying financials were cheap when MER was trading at $60+ and GS at $200, wow, who would have thought, maybe the day they come out and say that they are just too expensive and need another 50% haircut might be just the time to buy.
 
I remember - maybe it was during the recession of year 1982 - reading the New York Stock Exchange listed stock prices in the newspaper and almost all were less than $ 10 / share.
