It was about 40k so like I said above it doesnt come close to making me whole again but I needed that to regain some confidence

I'm happy I took the profit and didnt fight with it which is what I have been doing the whole way up, just not letting winners be winners and watching everything reverse on me and turn into a loser, this market is insanely strong I cant believe it bounced this hard from where it was this morning

Bingo the rubber band is still stretching . The talking heads and media have convinced all the worst is over . 1000's of new traders are buying the dip dreaming of riches . The fed with zero rates have forced all to speculate to make any return . The rubber band must losen(some big down days ) to allow the ability to hold a short past an overnight . Fingers must get burned chasing longs . Right now its all fun and easy.

Good luck with that . They been sayin this for weeks on end and we've grinded higher . Only when the rubber band loosens and there's a little fear again will we get some real sustained downside

yes weeks, its been months since the bottom though, true grinding higher but significantly slower than the first week alone, its like this is the wheel rolling from

That's messed up, because you said that same thing to me a couple of years ago, and it was just as true then..."long". And sure enough, it went up. Bloody pencils and shit. I need to find that mystical median between NQurious and Vanz.
 
Futs down a bit, if markets gap down tomorrow I'll scale back into inverses....

But will do so more gradually vs alot premkt, today's headfake was tough, will likely wait til after 10AM to add to small overnight holds I'm in.

Hey i agree and my opinion and position can change daily, everything i do now is through options and the position size in comparison to account size is so small it seems like a waste of time

for me this is the only way i get myself to make money

so dont hate surprised if i get a ticket and iam on the seat next to you going long
