Like the supposed Russian hacking, it is not susceptible of proof or disproof. We can extrapolate that there are 30 million illegals and they live in states that have zero voter ID security. Plus, government authorities including Obama and activist groups encourage them, ie pay them, to vote. A ten percent voting rate does not seem outlandish to me, particularly when their names could have been voted fraudulently. Another standard democrat tactic is bussing illegals around to various voting precincts and having them vote multiple times. Plenty of people claim to have observed this happening.
