What's even dumber than Americans blaming Obama for the current economic situation? Non-Americans who overgeneralize all Americans based on clips they saw on a Canadian comedy show.

I was a boy scout, I still remember the smell of the old gym floor. I served in the military. Loved my country. For some reason I went to Walmart on black Friday... To hell with this place, what was I thinking?

They`re talking about the president of a centrally planned and corrupt society, i.e. they`re blaming the system, i.e. which puppet is running the show at any given moment is of no importance.

Well, when people are treated like children by the government, they will of course act like children.
