Funny thing about eyes, BLSH.
Eyes merely gather data to be filtered and interpreted by the brain.
We control the filters, and consequently the methods of interpretaion.
If we tell you and all around you that there are no Pixies, yet you see one, you have two choices.
1. Tell that you saw a Pixie, be ostracized by all who love you and locked away to be "reeducated". When we are done with the drugs that we put into you, you will not care what you think you saw.
2, Tell no one, or maybe a few others who think they saw a Pixie, and know the "truth".
But then there is the word, "truth". We control that word. Truth is what we say it is.

I was at a similar position as you: until only last few months, for my whole life, i've assumed that "conspiracy theories" are all bunch of crap. This was until i've started researching them...
