Okay Z-man, I'll tell ya' how this little scam works, but first we'll talk the politics of it all. Now I get it, the dems ignore the issue so they can have that Hispanic voting block which they desperately need to contend. Simple enough. The repub establishment turns a blind eye and gives lip service, but they just love the slave labor and suppressed wages. Simple enough as well. This is why nothing of substance gets done, or will get done, even with a Trump presidency. A fucking wall is a joke. Even if it gets built is some fashion it won't make a dent.
Now lets get to just how this job scam works. We're talking about small to mid sized manufactures and industrial type service companies and contractors. The ones that employ a large majority of illegals don't employ them directly, they use temp services. The employer is protected by the agreement with the temp service who claims to use e-verify. When you see a company who has the majority of their workforce being supplied by industrial type temp services you have it. You can also find them simply enough by looking at their help wanted ads for supervision. Must be bilingual is mandatory. No habla espanol, no job. That person will be the only person on the shop floor who speaks english.
If these bastards that run this country really wanted to solve the illegal immigration problem all they have to do is start enforcing labor law. They won't because of the already stated politics of it all. You lefties can pretend all you like that the party represents the working man, but your actual polices screw the American worker every step of the way. When it comes to blue collar labor there is zero difference between the dem establishment and repub establishment. None at all. Just because the white plantation owners hire a couple house niggers doesn't fool anyone with a brain.
That's clearly wrong. We have to come down hard on employers who hire illegals. And of course we need to do everything reasonable to see that the illegals are not here in the first place!

The people hired in academics are all here legally in the work force. The jobs are earned on the basis of qualifications and accomplishments in a highly competitive market. Salaries are not lower for non-citizens.
I don't hate individuals, even really misguided liberals which happen to be almost everyone around me.
To be honest, I do harbor some hatred for portions of the "liberal ideology" like redistributive quasi-socialism, open borders, abortion and promotion of Islamofascism. That hatred doesn't filter down to individuals, neighbors, family, friends etc.
If I started tossing people out of my life based on their political beliefs I would quickly run out of people lol.

If you do not live in the U.S., you may not be aware that the Obama administration as stopped the flow of illegals into the country to a trickle. The real problem is people over staying their visas. And there the Obama administration has greatly stepped up deportations. Obama's administration has really done an outstanding job, especially in comparison with prior administrations, in rounding up and deporting illegals. The statistics are readily available via google.
Trump has used contractors that Trump knew had illegals on their workforce, then refused to pay the contractor. This doesn't seem like the kind of record someone concerned with illegals taking jobs away from American workers would want to see in their candidate. Is Trump knowingly hiring a contractor who uses illegals in preference to one that doesn't, because he knows that he can raise the issue of illegals if the contractor presses him in court for payment?
It seems all those adjectives that Trump has used to describe his opponents apply more accurately to himself than to his opponents. Trump is a pretty "nasty" guy, no question about it!
