I Discovered the Reason I Lose Money Trading.

Well it's the aim, I guess most of the time it ends up being.

Day Trade, give your wages away monthly for ever ever.

Swing only give some of your wages away monthly.

Invest, watch your money come and go many times.

I still don't believe in saving, I'm a spend it incase I die the next day kinda guy, 12 forever!!
Yes, day trading is like working for a living making hourly wages.

Swing is like working on commissions selling real estates, etc.

Investing is like doing a start up, started out small, but one day it may be the next Facebook and you the next Zuckerberg.

Too late for me, I am over the hill, already retired from my day job, already wasted my youth.

Well thats the plan, I think we fund someone elses dreams too often, ie 500K bonuses in the banking sector.

Too late investing here to, day trade only way to get rich in time to enjoy it. :)

This is true! Day trading is risky and diversifying your money is the best option because risk also gets diversified with it. In day trading, we end up paying more commissions. Whereas, in swing trading we have to pay less commission as compared to day trading and it’s sometimes difficult to make a decision in a short span of time. I think day trading is suitable only for those who are ready to bear losses and have good experience with it.
You said it right. Specially about diversification. As it is also said, Do not put all your eggs in one basket.

You're in good company, most people think they wasted their youth. That was then, this is now. The pertinent question is are you going to waste your future?

In my youth I had a lot of fun chased a lot of woman, climbed a lot of mountains, rode a lot of bikes got into a fair few fights had fun, in my Middle+ age I'm still doing exactly the same, if it's not broken don't fix it, I don't consider it a waste, very little I'd change.
