I can't submit any pictures as attachments?

It started on the 9th of March.

I can't post any pictures, any time I do, I get the following message on the white screen.

There seems to have been a slight problem with the Forums database.
Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.
An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

I've tried it in mozilla and ie.

Any ideas?
