I cant short stocks under 5 dollars...wtf

I placed a sell stop order for tasr, at 4.84, and i got a message from Scottrade saying that I cant short stocks under 5 dollars.

Anyone else getting this BS?

i think most retail shops have that rule.

FYI, Cobra Trading, www.cobratrading.com will allow all shorts (with a locate), unless they are under $1. Pretty awesome.
