Hello community, I have recently registered with IB.
In the first moment, I could enter my account from the computer but in the mobile application I could not enter, an invalid username and password appeared when I entered them correctly.
Then I don't know what I did and now I can access my account from the mobile application but not from the computer, I get a 'Response String' error.
How do I deactivate this error and re-enter my account from the computer?
IB support is terrible, I don't really know where to contact them.
