I can't log in to IB

OnClose

Says I have an invalid username/password and I tried to call customer service but they're closed. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
 
logged in an hour ago but got the bulletin:

There is a scheduled maintenance currently being conducted. The account access and functionality will be limited and will be available after the maintenance is complete.

Thanks I wish they would have at least given me that and not just locked me out of my account.
