If I had a stick pointed at my head, I would make sure the following never came out of my mouth:
  • "There is no way the market can do (insert thought here)"
  • "This oscillator is overbought/oversold, the market has to turn here"
  • "Selling options is just like being an insurance company/casino/atm/etc."
  • "Stops are for beginners, time to reduce my cost basis"
  • "Should I quit my job and become a full time trader?"
  • "I am different because trading is my passion!"

Well if you let one post control that which you wish to have shared, perhaps it was useless information anyway. Am I not right? I suspect there's a language barrier here, but google this... Get some gnads.

Actually I could likely teach a newbie complete blank slate my current method, or many of my methods, the issue is teaching them NOT under any circumstances to think for themselves or have an opinion.

Which will also be my own downfall no doubt!!

Four pages in and three days without any substance is not really "real quick" as the thread title states. Instead of the metaphors and visualization exercises, why not offer something that applies to your stated intention with this thread?
