Initially I just wanted to tell you guys how some people can Read what is on monitors of other people 100 yards away, (me being one of those people)

I trade futures as well as stocks, and some oil.

but of course if it starts going down have your stop do the work don't blame me.

but I am expecting it up, and you already know that I know what I am doing eh :) :)
 
Alright then

Here are a couple of charts

First the weekly

As you can see, up until now price has been staying within a channel

Notice the smaller trend line at the right hand side of the chart

Here is the Daily chart and you can clearly see the congestion we have been in for a while now and the trend line at the far right side is a littel more distinct

and finally the 60 min chart.

Here you can see that little trend line that was on the right side of the previous charts.

Notice how price has respected that line pretty well and this time notice as well that I have a linear regression channel in place.

That channel shows that price has tagged the upper channel line and dropped away from it. The blue line just below the upper channel represents MY EDGE. I took that short trade figuring that the odds were about 93% in my favor.

I don't have a forecast for Monday. I will simply watch until I see an entry up or down.

Yes I do understand what you are saying Steve not to mention volume is decreasing

But what I do is I measure what I call micro resistances over last 2 days, I don’t have my setup with me to show you, I am preparing to watch fireworks in Vancouver from of roof of my building.

But basically I expect it up. Now you know all too well that there is no perfect system.

So I could be wrong but I’ll just take a predetermined loss if it happens and that’s it.

By the way, scalping is okay, but I trade to get at least 5 points per day, so combination of trailing stops and such. Anyway best of luck to both of us.

I hate the word luck, I am technician, but the bottom line is, probabilities aside, sometimes I just get lucky.
