I can not log in to TWS either visit its website.any one has same issue?

at this point - just hoping it will be 100% tomorrow.

Some option data (VMW, VXTR, CRSR etc) still not coming in for the accounts that work.......

I'm logged in, physical location New Orleans, COX cable internet, TMobile cell carrier for authentication. I logged in around noon local time, got my auth code in about 30 seconds, only a little slower than usual. Hopefully everybody will be able to get in by the end of the trading day. Try again!
 
lost more than $5K from this (so far). nice one IB. glad I moved most of my trading out of IB a few months ago or it would've been much worse.

will try a compensation request, but I won't hold my breath.

It has nothing to do with commissions paid. They gave you back 4K because they examined the situation thoroughly. They concluded that 4k was their fault. They are an honest firm which stands behind their product.
