The backup server in the New York looks working normally. They have not switched to the backup server so far. What is the purpose of backup server?

My relative who lives in Texas who can access her IB account, but when she sent orders to IB, the order is in light blue, when she cancelled the order, the order is pink forever. apparently, even though she can log in, she can not trade.

what the hell is this? I am in Europe and it says Success - I know it aint the case!

Same here in Wisconsin, no access to the website, and showing the usfarm and cashfarm not connecting.
