I know about Irwin Schiff.

He claims the IRS acts unconstitutionall.

No idea if such a claim is true. I haven't read the US constitution.

The Income Tax was declared Unconstitutional by the Supreme Court but later upheld BY A LOWER COURT so it's all good...
