Sticking to the thread topic, some years ago - 2003 if my memory is correct - during my "silly" stage, I gave a chap by the name if Ken Calhoun around $400 for access to his so called "trading room" for around 3 to 4 months I think - left after bout 2 weeks and kicked myself in the ass AGAIN !
You could see the other names in the room, but he would not allow people talk to each other, only to him direct, and he would answer when he had time.
Also around that time, as I was in throw away money mode, I purchased an marketing training course from some US fellow, Rudy something or other, and when on his site what do you think I came across but a write up about a past member who makes over $300k a year from marketing his trading courses on his principles!
Who do you think this person was - I gave myself one big kick up the arse and thought back to when I heard him say in the room - "this trade is for pro's only"..arghhhhhh
Pro's my arse - I can tell you now after many years of losing and winning, and losing way too much at times, they know SFA about how to really make money - they are but pick and shovel sellers!
There is but one person I know of that has a trading course that is worthy of what he charges, but, of all the people who have used it. I am only aware of one person who could understand the methods, and more importantly use them, as it appears simple but is actually complicated - how do I know - well I traded with this person and he done trades that I could not believe to be so accurate.
So, having been with the dopes and the real "pro's", all I can say id that if someone wants to make money trading, then burn into your thick brain that Trading is Math, It is not Magic.
