i am junkie, how can i become clean ?

Quote from keeptradin':

Taking up golf is a great suggestion, as if you are as competitive as you seem to be, you will immediately become addicted to the game. Golf is something you can never master, and it's a great way to spend time outdoors, away from the computer.

You are addicted to the "rush" you get from trading, and you will experience that same rush each time you hit a good golf shot.

And you won't break your ankles like you did skateboarding, unless you trip over a log... :D

and you will really love it, if you walk. its a totally different experience when you walk the course. If you can join club which is not that crowded during your preferred time... I suggest 9 holes 5 days a week.

i am unfortunately addicted to this f$cking trading sh$t.
How can i become finally clean of it......

I wanna never trade again in my life and i want never think about it........

Any useful advice how to retire correct?

Get a World of Warcraft account. It will give you a new identity for yourself and take your mind off of trading. If you really want to trade without personal risk, I think they have some sort of market place in the game you can buy items and resell for profit in game.

Go traveling. Get a 50L backpack and take off for a year. Start with some trekking in Nepal where you won't be able to trade even if you get the urge.

But also with coffee, when i start to work "in trading" and go through the markets and through my paperwork i always drink too much big cups of coffee, all the time, end in the end of the day i cant sleep and cant work either, bcuz im am so over awake....

Have you thought about drinking half caf? If you can't find it in the store, just mix it yourself and adjust the proportion of decaf to your liking.

Give me 1/2 of your account, that might slow you down some.

RC airplanes are great, check out rcgroups.com - but you may become addicted again.

Or buy a expensive car, probably a few model years back, that you always wanted to dreamed about at least for a long time back. Keep it for a long time!

Sport bikes are also great... I actually get on my Ducati or MV Agusta during trading hours to clear my head. Lots of guys find homage in this. If you don't like superbikes/sport bikes, check out Harleys or whatever.

Golf is great.

Bridge is addicting, but good, perhaps you'd like it better.

Or study piano.

I did all of these things, except for bridge.

I'd suggest packing a bag, traveling to some random place you've never been before for at least 6 months. Don't bring your computer, you can always check email at a rental place.

This one is the best.
Sounds like you have some bipolar as well, which isn't a bad
thing for trading, but sucks for a lot of other things in life.
Pack up, get out and see somewhere totally different.
cool idea, you will have some good come from this.
Buy some toys and find some poor kids where your going, and see what some cheap toys will do for
some poor kids.

IMHO, learning an instrument or playing golf will solve this. Or don't be ashamed of trading. I think we're all addicted, I actually understand what you're talking about. Why else would guys like Cramer title their books "Confessions of a Street Addict"?

Imagine how cool it would be to focus your energy on piano for a few weeks and put on a Concerto Rachmaninoff concert for your friends?!

If you want to learn a language, you could try this, although I don't think it will catch on.
