Weight Training (3 days a week, up at 5:30 am. Itâs not worth it but if I quit Iâll be an endomorph. I set a personal best on July 16, 2002 with a bench press of 385 lbs. Not bad for a 43 yr old.)
Gee, my brother in law is 48 and presses 420. But just like you, he doesn't have a clue about how to calculate returns on investment. And he didn't need an Ivy League education to be so confused.
Nor did he need an Ivy League education to enable him to construct a sentence.
