You should be able to set P&L with or without commissions included.

Perhaps that wouldn't represent a sizeable % of his capital, but for most of us it would.

I think it's pretty clear the ONLY thing to do here is get out asap.

I'll give you this advice for free speaking as someone who trades at a smaller size than you.

If you can look your wife and kids in the eye and comfortably explain afterwards how you lost $91k, then no problem.

Otherwise take the loss now and learn to do it quicker next time.

I hope you make the right decision.
