It's a good thing I already paid for vacation.
At least it will come off this year's taxes.

I am so itching to add another 30 to 40 at these levels. (34.25 to 35).
 
Saxon, please reduce your risk. Do not take the mother of all losses. You are in danger of going on "tilt" mode, which is the last 'stage' of a gambler... especially if you are considering adding to your position. Please do not learn the hard way. However, I will congratulate you in that this is a very valuable thread for would be traders. It does pose as a wonderful didactic exercise, so your introduction of this thread is a gift. Please let us know how you react in this precarious position.
 
I think it's too late. I'm estimating he is down about 32K at the moment. I've had a loss more severe than this and I came back a much better trader. I hope he is liquid enough to come back from this.

This is the weakness of his strategy.

I'm guessing he makes money in general and has problems when the market pops the way it did recently.

He needs a better plan for these situations.
 
I have a rough idea what he's doing and in my opinion its not the right approach/strategy - unless of course he enjoy's going through these gut-wrenching trades.

If you doubled there - you would have been scot free.

22 is not a good spot.
