Well what I meant was there's a lot of posers giving mediocre advice on ET. How I know are the pics from the "Show your trading screen" thread tells me more then enough about the majority on this thread.

many thanks for the mediocre post

If the shoe fits....... and you're offering mentoring on another site? Where do we send the check, c/o Salvation Army?

yes, I'm offering. You won't find many experience traders willing to give away their big trading secrets. But I'm not willing to just give everything I know to just anyone.

The average learning curve for a new trader is:

3-4 years while losing between $25,000 to $75,000.

I can teach a trader to become profitable in a few months for a lot less than the amount they will lose if they tried it alone.

Don't you think that the prerequisite to mentoring should be personal profitability? What a concept.

$-270. Lousy day for me. Went long a few times near the open but kept getting stopped out and ended up missing that big rally. Then I started getting emotional and did a lot of bad trades.

This happens to me a lot: feeling bad about missing a move I should have been in and start making poor trades on bad setup to try to make it up. What can I do to stop this as this is where I'm losing a lot of money from?

My account is wiped out for now, I can put more money back in but I think I'm gonna take a short vacation from trading because I'm emotionally stressed-out and need a break.

No, because just because a trader is profitable doesn't mean that he knows how to teach. I have experience tutoring people in math, engineering, and physics and had always had good reviews for being able to explain complicated subjects into simple ideas anyone can understand.

And sometimes what works for that trader might not work for everyone else. That's why I customize my methods to fit any individual trader's needs.

That's why I offer a few details on my trading method on my site for any interested trader to look at to see if it's something they want to learn.

So sorry to hear that, have you considered SIM trading for a while working on your best setup and psychology issue?

Yes, I'm just gonna practice on paper for awhile. My platform doesn't offer a sim account so I can't use that.

You and Saxon should go on a date!

On the internet it's hard to figure out who the real deal are from the idiots. Sometimes, idiots can make [vague] profound thoughts every once in a while.

As a rule of thumb: The more frequent someone post on ET, the higher the chance he is one of the losers. Assume 95% of posers are losers until proven wrong.

Well out of your mouth for all to read! Your on the loser side and one day decided you wanted to teach people how to be a loser like you?

This is too funny!!!:p

Today was a milestone. I've just broken past the $1000 mark from $700 two weeks earlier.

I am up $155 on 5 trades. The first four trades were losers with a cumulative loss of -$105. The last trade was a super successful one that wiped out all my losers. I managed to be able to hold on to and ride a big trend for the first time.

Also, today the feeling of nervousness was absent from my trading. I don't know why but I hope it means I am becoming more comfortable with watching price action.

I will post a chart of my trade in a little bit. Taking the rest of the day off to celebrate.
