remind me again in those 150 years how many SCOTUS nominations were held for over a year in violation of the incumbent's constitutional right to appoint?Bullshit. For the past 150+ years, every president, democrat and republican, has worked within the parameters of the 9 member SCOTUS we have in place. Sometimes, sometimes not getting an appointment filled depending on the political makeup of the Senate vs. President. The only President that tried to “pack the court” by changing the number of justices for political purposes failed horribly in the Senate by 70-20 Vote margin. Why? Because it’s a bullshit political stunt.
Trump has done nothing unconstitutional in nominating ACB. No one expected Ginsburg’s passing, but it happened on Trump’s watch and he has every right to nominate and the Senate has every right to confirm or deny. If the shoe was on the other foot Democrats would do the exact same thing.
If you want to blame someone, blame RBG, she had the chance to retire under Obama’s watch but chose not to, knowing Hillary would be elected.
That was laugh out loud funny.

Well, Trump did a 180.
He destroyed biden, plain and simple. I was honest and said trump sucked ass
at the first debate. This time Biden looked weak as hell.
The best part was when trump exposed biden acting like a politician with his
"kitchen table" speech. Just made biden look like a total fool.
Anyway..

Yeah but I never give credence when a politician calls another politician a politician....
